What is a process or procedure?
We could define a process or procedure as a set of repetitive steps, ordered and prioritized, that are executed manually, that generate some evidence in multiple formats (email, physical document, task, meeting request, etc.) and that serve to standardize a specific functionality.
We can find, among others, corporate, financial or commercial procedures, which shows that practically all areas or departments of a company, regardless of their sector or dedication, can obtain benefits using SharePoint and its tools as a process engine.
